Walnut Trestle Table with
Mirroring Board Top
We made this table top from two boards of walnut. We started with two boards 4" thick. After cutting them in half, we were left with two pairs of 2 inch thick wood that mirror one another. The top was soaked in burnt linseed oil to get the boards unique properties to stand out and then sealed with a matte lacquer. This is one of the most beautiful tables we have ever made!
